FAMANZ invites you to attend our upcoming webinar on three instruments available for respirator fit testing.

Fit testing of tight fitting respirators is a requirement of AS/NZS 1715:2009.  The purpose of the seminar is to demonstrate the instrumentation available for respirator fit testing, and the advantages and limitations of the technologies.  This seminar will showcase the following instruments:

  • TSI PortaCount 8048 by Kenelec Scientific Pty Ltd
  • OHD Quantifit2 by AirMet Scientific Pty Ltd
  • AccuTec-IHS AccuFit 9000 by Active Environmental Solutions.

Meet our Presenters

Chris Pollard
Kenelec Scientific

Chris Pollard is the National Portfolio Manager for Kenelec Scientific and is based in Melbourne.  Trained and accredited in the USA by TSI on the PortaCount Quantitative Fit Testing machine and works collaboratively with all industries including Healthcare, Government, Defence, Manufacturing, Construction & Mining sectors across Australia & New Zealand.

Chris has also held senior sales and marketing roles for GE Healthcare and Olympus Medical as the Australian & New Zealand sales manager and is a qualified Operating Theatre Technician.


Luke Allen
President OHD LLLP

Luke Allen is originally from Hoover, AL U.S.A where he still resides with his family. Luke currently holds the role of President at OHD and is also an equity partner in the company.

After attending business School at Samford University, Luke joined OHD in a sales capacity and has been with the company for over 15 years. OHD is a global leader in safety & health instrumentation with clients ranging from top industrial manufacturers, fire departments, police departments to government agencies around the world.


Tony Kelly
General Manager AES

Tony Kelly has a BSc with Hons in Biochemistry. He has been selling scientific equipment for over 30 years and has been with AES for over 10 years.
