Ageing asbestos infrastructure

So at the moment my role in public health has much to do with contaminated sites management, and increasingly while sitting in this role I became increasingly frustrated with how much money and time is spent in treating asbestos in soil and how little time was focused on sort of actual infrastructure itself and managing that infrastructure into the future, particularly in a non‑occupational environment.
